Job Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the B2B sales pipeline for selling Enparadigm’s learning interventions to CEOs, HeadHRs, and Heads of Organization Development of corporations.
  • Engage with clients, understand their business models, design appropriate solutions.
  • Proactively contact prospects for future business opportunities and future pipeline.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing ability and smart negotiation skills to generate revenue for Enparadigm.
  • Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned performance consulting brand.

Job Requirements

  • Education: MBA /PGDM Sales & Marketing, prefer from top B school.
  • Experience: 5+ years of work experience in B2B, professional services sales.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in selling HR and learning solutions is a BIG PLUS.
  • No of position open: 1
  • Strong communication skills, effective negotiation, able to quickly understand client business models and processes, and position relevant solutions to CXOs, VPs and Head HRs.
