Job Responsibilities

  • Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads as a part of the defined sales and marketing plan.
  • Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connect within the organization.
  • Responsible for scheduling approximately 20-25 meetings per month, ensuring efficiently time management and coordination.
  • Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigm's solutions can fulfil their learning needs.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand.
  • Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities and close deals

Job Requirements

  • MBA with 1-3 years of work experience in B2B sales ( Preferred)
  • Conversant in dealing with senior management
  • Ability to research in-depth and tailor the pitch to the needs of customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Experience in using Lead management and CRM tools
