What we stand for
We started the company believing that the learning space provided an enormous opportunity to raise and answer fundamental questions. This slowly morphed itself into asking questions about how we can translate this learning to intelligence and help people get better at their work. Questions around how people learn, assimilate and implement learning; and how all those processes can be made more effective. We continue to hold this belief.
Enparadigm (N-para-dyme) /ェnˈparədʌɪm/ – We decided to call ourselves enParadigm, a moniker for ‘Enabling Paradigm Shifts’. We take pride in being triggers that aid clients in driving productivity and enhanced role-fit of their talent.
Our logo story
While our work speaks for itself, our logo is as much a reminder to us of our calling as it is our identifier in the world.
The ‘Bindu’ (the dot) is at the heart of our logo. It represents the seat of consciousness from which the universe originated. It signifies our belief in creativity and the need for purposeful and directed intent.
