- Prepare the job descriptions & post it to recruitment agencies, recruitment portals like Naukri, LinkedIn,IIM jobs, & campus etc.
- Sourcing & hunting the top headhunters for the company & onboarding them for the recruitment process.
- Building a strong network with the existing recruitment agencies and connecting with them to get a good pool of candidates.
- Managing end to end recruitment process right from preparing the JD’s, sourcing the candidates from recruitment agencies, job portals, campus, referral, or connections.
- Screening the candidates as per the job requirements & scheduling their interviews with the hiring manager, taking feedback & updating the same to the recruiters.
- Preparing offer letters, documents & background verification of the candidates.
- Managing recruitment tracker & keeping it updated & post it to the leadership team on weekly basis.
- Co-ordinating with recruitment agencies, campus, other external vendors & ensuring that positions are closed within the time frame of the company.
- Building a strong connection with colleges for campus placement.
- Assisting in the induction process for the new hires.
- Assisting in any ad hoc work related to HR operations for smooth HR functioning.
- Education: MBA with Human Resources specialization
- Experience: Minimum experience of 3+ years in HR domain with handling recruitment function as the coreresponsibility.
- Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
- Strong & effective communication, multi-tasking, working with sense of ownership with minimum supervision of the manager.
