Job Responsibilities

  • Drive activation of new customers through the marketing funnel from awareness to interest to desire to action.
  • Enhance the premium positioning of the enParadigm brand in the global talent intelligence and development space.
  • Understand the beliefs, values, preferences, and needs of different personas in the L&D and talent management domain and identifies sector-specific and segment-specific white space value propositions, concepts and large revenue opportunities.
  • Drive the creation of marketing collateral across various formats and mediums relevant to target customers.
  • Drive account-based marketing and distribution of relevant content.
  • Drive nurturing, lead qualification and meetings for the business development team.
  • Drive creation of sales play books, sales pitches, sales training content, and client specific collateral (client stories, fact sheets, competition comparison etc) required by sales to move deals in the pipeline and build client relationships.
  • Conduct enParadigm events and participate in third-party events to showcase our solutions and generate customer engagement.
  • Drive social media engagement and conversations with target customers.
  • Drive partnerships and synergies with other premium talent development and talent management brands.

  • Experience: 5+ Years
  • Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore
Skill Set:
  • Skilled in B2B concept creation, Skilled project manager with ability to manage marketing agencies and vendors to achieve enParadigm growth objectives.
  • Skilled in driving engagement and client connect using a digital marketing funnel and nurturing approach.
