Assistant Manager Business Development
Job Responsibilities
- Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads as a part of the defined sales and marketing plan.
- Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connect within the organisation.
- Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigm’s solutions can fulfil their learning needs
- Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements.
- Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand.
- Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunitiesand close deals.
Job Requirements
- Education: MBA/PGDM Sales & Marketing.
- Experience: 1-3 years of work experience, in B2B sale is an added advantage.
- Experience within MNCs dealing with high profile clients is an added advantage.
- Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
Skill set:
- Conversant in dealing with senior management. Strong influencing skills.
- Ability to research in-depth and tailor the pitch to the needs of customers. Working with senseof ownership with minimum supervision of the manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Good command on English language.
- Strong presentation skills, proficient in excel. Experience in using Lead management and CRM tools.
