John Cherian

John is Co-Founder & CEO of enParadigm. He started the company after his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad with a desire to make learning for corporate professionals contribute to business outcomes at work.

Under his leadership, enParadigm has created several technology enabled learning platforms comprising of simulations, digital retention modules and byte sized gamification apps.

Ramesh has over 37 years of experience across business roles, HR roles, training, teaching, corporate speaking and executive coaching.

Prior to starting his own firm in 1997, he was the CEO of HCL Computers in Singapore. He holds a post-graduate degree in Management from Xavier Labor Relations Institute Jamshedpur (XLRI). He is also a visiting faculty at IIM Bangalore.
